Stephen Selin was originally trained as a structural engineer at MIT and began his career in New York City designing high rise buildings and aircraft, then went on to earn his Master of Architecture degree at Carnegie Mellon University. Before starting Selin + Selin Architecture he was a partner with the architectural firm of Truex, Cullins & Partners Architects. He is a Registered Architect in VT, NY, NJ and PA as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Judith Selin began her career as a high school mathematics teacher, having earned a degree in mathematics from Rutgers University. After starting a family, she developed her skills in art and design while home schooling their two children. She has been designing buildings professionally at Selin + Selin Architecture for the last ten years.

Selin + Selin Architecture has been practicing for over ten years now and has become a nationally recognized architecture firm designing great spaces throughout the northeast.
